Arvid C. Karow, 79, of Wausau passed away on April 25, 2015. He was born to Carl and Lillian (Dorn) Karow in Wausau on May 1, 1935. He married Margie (Miller) and together they had a son and a daughter.  He later married Judith Sook and they celebrated 49 years together she precedes him in death.  He had his own business for 25 plus years as a metal fabricator. He enjoyed playing cards, wood working, boating and most of all being with family and friends. He is survived by his daughter; Kris (Robert) Choroszy, Illinois, and son; Kurt (Camille) Karow, Tomahawk. Two grandchildren; Korey (Clint) Gessler, Japan, Kaitlin Karow, MN and one great granddaughter; Sofia Gessler.He is preceded in death by his wife Judith, parents; Carl and Lillian, one sister; Doris Habeck and one brother in law; Bud Habeck.A celebration of life will be held at a later date.Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society is assisting the family at this time.
