Cathy Ann Begrow, 55 of Wausau passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on April 16, 2020. She was born to Norman and Delores (Smolinski) Stainbrook on November 4, 1964. Cathy married William (Bill) Begrow on September 22, 2007. She is survived by her husband, three sons; Jeff Yellow Thunder, Jon Yellow Thunder and Jacob Begrow all of Wausau, four brothers; Franklin Stainbrook, Madison, Andy Stainbrook, Mattoon, James (Amber) Stainbrook, Mosinee and David Stainbrook, Mattoon. Cathy had one grandson Jordan Yellow Thunder who she adored along with her nieces and nephews. Cathy lived life to the fullest. She was "Mom" to many, friends with everyone and always willing to lend a helping hand if someone needed it. She was the matriarch of her family and she enjoyed hosting the Holiday's so her family could gather together. Cathy's favorite holiday was Halloween. She was known for designing and making by hand some outstanding costumes. She was always ready for "game night" playing cards, board games and laughing hysterically all night long. Cathy enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping and visiting new places. Cathy had a special place in her heart for her Furry friends. She loved her dogs and they were a comfort to her. They were able to visit her when she was in the hospital which brought her a lot of joy. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister in law Debbie Stainbrook.
