Obituary

Claudia Donna Stumpner, age 43, of Plover, Wisconsin, passed away September 1, 2025. Claudia lost her brief battle with cancer. Claudia was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, on November 25, 1981. She attended Colby schools and graduated from NTC for Child Care and Development. Claudia loved movies, especially horror movies. She enjoyed playing board games and cards too. Mostly, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

Claudia is survived by her children, Grace Cutting (Benjamin Salzwedel) of Marshfield, Cody Willison of Plover, and Ryan Willison of Marshfield. Her mother, Thea Stumpner of Colby, and sisters Deana Pupp (Douglas Pupp) of Neenah, Anna Stumpner (Trevor Kiesow) Larson, Vicky Funk (Steve Funk) of Fond du Lac, and many nieces and nephews.

Claudia is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Stumpner; Niece Chloe Pupp; and grandparents Paul and Alvira Stumpner and Ronald and Claudia Thayer.

A celebration of her Life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a sharing of memories from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm at John J. Buettgen Memorial Chapel, located at 900 Old Highway 51, in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

We welcome everyone to share memories. Claudia was a big fan of Classic Rock and Heavy Metal Music. In honor of Claudia, it is optional for guests to wear their favorite band T-shirt.

The family requests donations as an expression of sympathy in leu of flowers.
