Harry is a popular Polish man in the Mosinee community with many loved ones and family. One of his family members owns Gorski's in Mosinee. Each time he goes there, he gets warm welcomes and big hugs from everyone. He loved to spend his free time watching his hockey games and polka on the patio. Harry is a proud Polish man who loves his polkas, sauerkraut, and attends church weekly at Our Savior's National Catholic Church in Mosinee. Harry had the nickname "Handsome Hare" Harry has achieved his own business, initially with excavating, then expanded into garbage truck routes, and pursued into carpentry with Wimmer Construction. And then he ended his work career by loading trucks for local businesses.
He has been married twice. Harry was married to his first wife, Diane Bong, for 13 years and the two of them had four children, Sheryl (Edward) Gorka, Suzanne (Gerald) Kluz, Mosinee, Vicki (Mark) Zywicki, Mosinee, and then he married Jeannie Lambrecht who proceeded him in death. He is further survived by his step daughter Shaun ( Tim) Thompson, Rhinelander, 11 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Harry is preceded in death by his second wife Jeannie, his son Terrance, 7 brothers and sisters, and one step daughter.
Harry loved his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, his family and friends. He will be missed by everyone.
Services will be held at John J. Buettgen Memorial Chapel 900 Old Hwy 51, Mosinee, WI 54455 on Saturday, November 8, 2025 with Visitation from 3 pm until the time of Service at 7 pm officiated by Father Marion Talaga.
