Julianne Elizabeth Noak Trump 4/9/49-1/4/19  Julianne E. Noak Trump, 69, of Weston, passed away on Friday, January 4th, in the comfort of her own home.  Julie was born in Marion, WI, to Ceylon and Rowena (Krueger) Welch, where she graduated in 1967 and took great pride of being in the schools marching band. She went on to attend UW-Oshkosh where she received her degree in nursing.  Julie enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She was an avid reader, animal lover, and passionate about music/playing instruments.  She is survived and deeply missed by her son, Steven Noak; daughters, Stacy Noak and Stefanie Holland; granddaughter, Destiny Holland; and grandson, Jesse Luce.
