Leonard Lee Hollman born January 11, 1939 in Wausau to Fredrich T Hollman of Wausau and Esther Schmutzler (Genrich, Hollman) Wausau. He moved to Aniwa, Town of Easton at the age of 11 to a farm settled by the Hollman family in 1895, where he resided until his time of death. He married Barbara Ann Kurszewski of Weston May 12, 1961.

Leonard was employed in logging, dairy/beef farming and owned his own construction business H&H builders. He is known for his construction work throughout the north central area of Wisconsin and as far north as Eagle River. Upon retirement he enjoyed logging and gardening.

Leonard was an avid sportsman. Playing football, soccer, and baseball in high school and continued to play baseball on teams formed by the Eau Clare Dells in the 50's and 60's. He also played for Birnamwood and Aniwa into his 40's. He also played soft ball and fast pitch in Wausau during this time frame as well. He also was known for bowling in the 60's and 70's.

Leonard enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is known for his hunting stories in Alaska and Colorado. He loved fishing with his BIL(best friend) Frank Miller (Mary).

He is survived by his 3 children Marilyn Hollman (Dodgeville, WI), Kenneth Hollman (Aniwa, WI), and Patti Burby (Aniwa, WI). 4 grand children Marie Schroeder (Dodgeville, WI), David Schroeder (Wausau, WI), Isaiah Hollman (Blaine, MN), and Jacob Kujawa (Wisconsin). His sister Virginia (Ginger) Dennison (Wausau, WI).

Leonard was preceded in death by his mother and father, his 3 brothers, 1 grandson, his mother in law, 6 Brother in laws, 5 nephews.

Services will be held Saturday, September 7th at 12:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Town of Easton. Visitation will be at Zion from 10:30 until the time of service.
