Margaret L. Bird 80 passed away on September 13, 2019 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born to the late George and Elizabeth (Hilton) Adams in Illinois on January 3, 1939. She married Bartlett Drake on February 2, 1957 he preceded her in death on February 15, 1979. Together they had two sons. Lynn married Donald Bird on August 7, 1982. She was a fun loving person who enjoyed life and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband Donald, two sons; Michael Drake, Lake Geneva, Scott (Penny) Drake, Kronenwetter, three step children; Shawn (Paula) Bird, Webster, Shane (Corrine), Bird, Green Bay, Shannon (Amy) Bird, Wausau, a brother Kevin Adams, Lake Geneva and two very dear friends; Norma Nelson and Jeanette Woodward, both of Wausau. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Bartlett, siblings; Georgene and James. A private family service will be on September 18, 2019 at John J. Buettgen Funeral Home.
