Richard J. Miller, 86 of Marshfield, passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Marshfield, WI on August 12, 2021. He was born to Orland and Evelyn (Anderson) Miller on December 3, 1934. He is survived by three nieces and one nephew: Lori (Randy) Binder, Marshfield, WI, John (Sandra) Mente, Norfolk, VA, Lisa (Greg) Walburg, Swampscott, MA, Lynn (Jim) Beggs, Clintonville, WI He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister and brother-in-law Donna (John) Mente, Clintonville, WI. Dick loved the outdoors. Along with nature walks, he had a love for animals. Dick also had a very special talent for woodworking where he would construct numerous projects that became useful around the house. Other hobbies and hidden talents of Dick's where playing the guitar and signing. Nothing warmed your heart more than listening to him sing and the joy that filled the air! Graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids, WI on September 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. John J. Buettgen Funeral Home is assisting family at this time.
