Stephen Werbowsky, passed away on June 23, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.  Stephen was born April 18, 1938 in Manitoba, Canada to Matt and Mary Werbowsky. He became a naturalized citizen on November 18, 1977 and resided in Schofield, Wisconsin. He married Phyllis Ann Krysiak and raised their family here in Marathon County. Stephen was also in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963 and then transferred to the USAR. There will be a Graveside Service at Kings Memorial Cemetery in Waupaca, Wisconsin on August 7, 2020 at 11:00 am with Military Honors. Cremation services were provided by Mid-Wisconsin Cremation Society of Schofield, Wisconsin.
