Sue M. Wysocki, 62, lifelong resident of Schofield passed away surrounded by family and friends on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Sue was born on October 21,1963.

To our family, she was never "just" an aunt- she was a second mom, a constant source of comfort, and the person you could always count on to make you laugh. Sue showed up for everyone in her life- every single time. Whether it was a late-night phone call, a family gathering, a tough moment, or something as simple as playing cards or making pierogies, she was there with a smile, a laugh, and a willingness to help anyone who needed it. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back and somehow make you laugh while doing it. Being around her meant you were laughing, whether you planned on it or not. What she had, you had.

Sue brought joy and laughter to every room she walked into. The belly laughs we shared with her were the kind you never forget. We will miss her at Girls Camp, which she helped start more than 40 years ago, never missed one year, and kept going strong ever since. She loved going to our family cabin in the U.P., and it wouldn't be the same without her. She was a diehard Wisconsin sports fanatic. From making opening day at the Brewers a tradition, watching every single Bucks game, yelling at the Badgers this last season, signing up for Packer season tickets at 18 and finally becoming an official ticket holder, these last several years. She knew everything about every sport she followed...and sometimes even the things she just made up in her head, too. Outside of sports, she loved her rock concerts and made it to Rockfest for years with the rowdy group. Any other free time she had, she either hanging with her family or watching all her baking shows.

Sue began providing day care immediately after graduating high school and continued throughout her life. She helped raise dozens of kids— from family, friends, and whoever needed a hand. She was also the legendary outside concession stand bartender at Kelly Club for many years; known and adored for her sass and wit.

She was a fighter throughout every chapter of her life. She lived with a strength, humor, and warmth that touched every person she knew. Her legacy lives on in the children she helped raise and their children she helped raise, the memories she filled our lives with, and the unwavering love she gave so freely. She never let her health stop her from living life fully, and everyone who knew her can attest to that.

We will miss her more than words can ever express. Sue never met a party she didn't improve, a person she didn't help, or a moment she couldn't make funnier. Heaven just leveled up, and we're pretty sure the angels have no idea what they're in for.

Sue is survived by her mother, Dorothy "Dutchie" Wysocki. Sisters Brenda (Randy) Radtke, Deb Wysocki, Nancy (Mark) Hodell. Brother-in-law Russ Hoff. Nieces Chelsea (Corey) Schadrie, Carly Hoff, Claire Hoff, Chrissy (Jon) Ison, Rachel (Seth Carlson) Radtke, Emily Hodell. Nephews Alex (Brittany Frahm) Radtke, John Weirzba, Eric (Maria Ryan) Hodell. Great nieces and nephews Jackson and Carmen Wrubbel, Sylvee, Schwinn and Scout Carlson. And lastly, her dog Timmy and cat Frito.

She was preceded in death by her father Ronald "Satch", sister Laura Hoff, Grandparents Ferdinand and Bertha Viertel, and Dominic and Theresa Wysocki and Brother-in-law Mark Wierzba. And her beloved dog Charlie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on December 4, 2025, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 113 West Kort Street, Rothschild. Visitation will take place from 9:00 am until the time of Mass. Luncheon will follow after Mass at Relocation Pub and Eatery, 1801 County Hwy XX, Mosinee.

We will also be celebrating Sue's life exactly the way she would have wanted— loud, laughing, and surrounded by people she loved— at Sconni's Alehouse & Eatery in Schofield, WI on December 6, 2025, starting at 3pm and lasting all night. We invite anyone who knew Sue to come share stories and give her one last unforgettable send-off. The family invites everyone to wear their favorite Wisconsin team colors to her celebration of life.
